Refund policy

All sales are final. Due to the limited-quantity nature of our Drop releases, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us at hello@moqbytriplethreads.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We will review each case individually and, where a genuine error or defect is confirmed, arrange a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Please review your size and order details carefully before checkout, as we're unable to make changes once an order is placed.
